Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns:



ALEXANDER COUTURE, ESTETICA DESIGNS, HAIRDO, NORIKO, RENE OF PARIS, ORCHID COLLECTION and MUSE COLLECTION by ROP, TONI BRATTIN, RAQUEL WELCH, KIDZ by Hairdo, KIM KIMBLE AND GABOR 
*Most products are dropship items, so returns are subject to a standard restocking fee of 15%. *If you find a dropship item is defective, please contact me with the details and we will work to try and find a resolution.
*Returns must be authorized and accepted by me previous to return, otherwise only store credit will apply minus 15% restocking fee.
*Customer assumes responsibility for returning item in new condition with no smells, styling, added products or alterations to the wig.
*Wigs will be inspected upon return and must be in conditions listed above to be approved for return.
*Returns not accepted or previously authorized will only be returned with prior payment of return shipping cost with no refund given.
*Customers pays return shipping cost unless otherwise noted.
*Returns must be authorized by me within 15 days of purchase.

  • Price-Matched Items
  • Hair styling products such as shampoo, conditioner, Sea salt spray, wig sprays, combs and brushes.
  • Headbands, wig grips, clips, and all other hair accessories and tools.
  • Human Hair pieces (toppers and wigs).
  • Any item that does not meet the requirements listed under "Eligibility for Returns."
  • Any item that has been cut or altered in any way.
  • Any item that has styling products applied, etc.
  • Any item with damage that was not disclosed to us.
