RETURNS

Returns must be authorized by me within 15 days of purchase.

Alexander Couture, Amore, Estetica Designs, Gabor, HairDo, KIDZ by HairDo, Henry Margu, Kim Kimble, Muse Series by ROP, Noriko, Orchid Collection, Raquel Welch, René of Paris, Toni Brattin, and TressAllure:
  • Most products are dropship items, so returns are subject to a standard restocking fee of 15%. *If you find a dropship item is defective, please contact me with the details and we will work to try and find a resolution.
  • Returns must be authorized and accepted by me previous to return, otherwise only store credit will apply minus 15% restocking fee.
  • Customer assumes responsibility for returning item in new condition with no scents/smells, no styling products, no added products and no alterations to the wig.
  • Tags must still be attached and wig should be shipped in all of the original   packaging it was received in.
  • Wigs will be inspected upon return and must be in conditions listed above to be approved for return.
  • Returns not accepted or previously authorized will only be returned with prior payment of return shipping cost with no refund given.
  • Customers pays return shipping cost unless otherwise noted.
  • Returns must be authorized by me within 15 days of purchase.

  • Clearance items: BOUTIQUE BARGAINS, GENTLY LOVED, LIVE SALE, LAST CHANCE, FINAL SALE, AS IS, DISCONTINUED and OPEN BOX/OPEN STOCK items unless otherwise noted.
  • Price-Matched Items
  • Hair styling products such as shampoo, conditioner, Sea salt spray, wig sprays, combs and brushes.
  • Headbands, wig grips, clips, and all other hair accessories and tools.
  • Human Hair pieces (toppers and wigs).
  • Any item that does not meet the requirements listed under "Eligibility for Returns."
  • Any item that has been cut or altered in any way.
  • Any item that has styling products applied, etc.
  • Any item with damage that was not disclosed to us.
