Shipping policy
Wig orders are processed in a timely manner and shipped promptly.
New wig orders:
New wigs are shipped directly to you from the manufacturer (dropship) and may take longer to arrive depending on the manufacturer location and their distance from you. Shipping costs are determined by the package size, weight, and distance to you. Dropship items are subject to availability and may be on back order which may also delay delivery.
Open Box/In-Stock wigs:
Wigs that are in stock at Beth's Wig Boutique will be shipped promptly. If you select the less expensive shipping, your wig(s) will arrive to you in a bubble mailer.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless a product is deemed to be defective.
